My Approach

We do serious work, but we keep it fun

I tailor my coaching approach to empower women to enjoy marriages full of connection and passion. No more spouses that feel like roommates, no more creeping loneliness, no more resentment. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based practices that allow you to uncover your default thinking + actions. From that awareness, you are able to create the marriage you desire on purpose. Sometimes the work can be intense – you are going to analyze yourself in ways you haven’t before and work through everything that’s standing in the way of the marriage of your dreams.  AND – you’re going to laugh and enjoy the journey!  The tools you learn during our time together will allow you to reconnect to your partner on a deep level, reignite the spark that’s missing in your relationship and enjoy a marriage beyond what you think is possible.  It’s time to go from mediocre to magic!

Who Says Life Coaching Has to be Boring?

Reconnect to your spouse.  Rekindle the passion.   Reignite your confidence. Reimagine your life. And have fun while doing it! I keep our sessions lighthearted, and love to laugh with my clients – because if we aren’t having fun, what is the point?! I believe in balancing the serious with the playful. Just like when I’m in the OR – the work is already heavy enough, so we need to keep it light where we can! I’m passionate about helping you find your spark so you can create a marriage as extraordinary as your career. Let’s go!

Professional Life Coaching vs. Therapy

I’m often asked, “What’s the difference between life coaching and therapy?” While there is definitely some overlap, there are also some significant differences. One is not better than the other, and coaching and therapy can often be complementary modalities. Many times though, one may be more appropriate, given the individual’s circumstances.
