Hey there, my beautiful friend! I’m Allison Anderson, MD. I’m a board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist as well as a certified Life Coach. Years ago, I felt stuck in a disconnected marriage and used overworking to escape from my life at home. I was trying to juggle my long work hours with being present as a mom of three young daughters. On top of that, I was struggling to understand how my life could feel so unsatisfying despite achieving so much professionally. I knew something had to change. When I learned about life coaching, I immediately started working with a coach. And I watched my life transform. I reconnected to myself and gained the tools to make a clear decision about my marriage – that it was time to leave it. Through coaching, I had the resources and support to follow through on that decision and all that followed.
