Hey there, my beautiful friend! I’m Allison Anderson, MD. I’m a board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist as well as a certified Life Coach. Years ago, I felt stuck in a disconnected marriage and used overworking to escape from my life at home. I was trying to juggle my long work hours with being present as a mom of three young daughters. On top of that, I was struggling to understand how my life could feel so unsatisfying despite achieving so much professionally. I knew something had to change. When I learned about life coaching, I immediately started working with a coach. And I watched my life transform. I reconnected to myself and gained the tools to make a clear decision about my marriage – that it was time to leave it. Through coaching, I had the resources and support to follow through on that decision and all that followed. I was prepared to navigate my years as a single mom, reenter the dating scene with confidence and intentionality, and create a life filled with joy and purpose. The benefit of coaching was so profound that I just HAD to become a coach myself! I am now certified through the prestigious Life Coach School. I’m married again and this time around, I have all of the tools to keep my marriage connected, strong and exciting.
